  Yes, as a hotel guest, you can park for free at the hotel. Your parking ticket must be scanned at the hotel or the casino. Even if you only parked on the premises for a short time.

• Is a parking space reservation required?

  No, it is not possible to reserve a parking space in advance. There is usually sufficient parking available at the hotel.

• Can I charge my electric car at the hotel?

  Yes, the hotel has 26 charging points for electric cars in the parking lot.

• How many charging points are available?

  The hotel has 6 fast chargers and 22 slow chargers.

• Which plug types are supported?

  Valk Energy charging stations are primarily equipped with a fixed charging cable with a Mennekes (Type 2) plug.

• What is the charging capacity (kW) per charging point?

  The fast chargers charge at 80KW and the slow chargers at 11KW.

• What are the charging rates?

  Fast charging rate from: €0.96 per kWh

  Slow charging rate from: €0.71 per kWh

• Is there a shuttle service available?

  No, there is no shuttle service available. Only at specific festivals. You can find more information here.

• Is there a long-term parking option available?

  Only upon request at our reception.

  Yes, check with the hotel before arrival where the best place to park is. This is always subject to availability and may not be possible during busy periods.
