Where can I find the cancellation policy for my reservation?
The cancellation policy applicable to your reservation can always be found in your reservation confirmation. The conditions may vary depending on the selected rate, room type, or package. If different conditions apply, for example for packages, promotions, or special rates, these will be explicitly stated in your reservation confirmation.
Standard Rate
Conditions:
- Free cancellation until 12:00 PM on the day of arrival.
- Free modification until 12:00 PM on the day of arrival, subject to availability.
- In the event of cancellation after 12:00 PM on the day of arrival or in case of a no-show, 100% of the total reservation value will be charged.
Flexible Rate
A flexible reservation offers additional cancellation options.
Conditions:
- The reservation must be paid in full no later than 24 hours before arrival.
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival.
- In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours before arrival or in case of a no-show, 100% of the total reservation value will be charged.
If payment is not received on time, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Non-Refundable Rate
With a non-refundable reservation, you benefit from a more attractive rate in exchange for less flexibility.
Conditions:
- Immediate online payment required.
- Cannot be modified.
- Cannot be cancelled.
- In the event of cancellation or a no-show, 100% of the total reservation value will be charged.
Sustainable Rate
With a sustainable rate, you choose an environmentally conscious stay where interim room cleaning is omitted during multi-night stays.
Conditions:
- Immediate online payment required.
- Cannot be modified.
- Cannot be cancelled.
- In the event of cancellation or a no-show, 100% of the total reservation value will be charged.
- For every sustainable stay, a tree is planted through Trees4Next.
No-Show
If you do not arrive on the day of arrival and have not cancelled your reservation in time, this is considered a no-show. In that case, Hotel Tilburg will charge 100% of the total reservation value. This applies to the entire booked stay, including any packages, breakfast, and other pre-booked services that form part of the reservation.
Modifying a Reservation
The possibility of modifying a reservation depends on the selected rate and the hotel's availability.
- Reservations booked under the Standard Rate can be modified until 12:00 PM on the day of arrival.
- Reservations booked under the Flexible Rate can be modified up to 24 hours before arrival, meaning no later than 3:00 PM on the day before arrival.
Any price differences resulting from a modification will be charged accordingly.Last-Minute Reservations
Different conditions may apply to last-minute reservations. The conditions applicable to your reservation will always be shown during the booking process and in your reservation confirmation.Group Reservations
Group reservations are subject to separate terms and conditions. These conditions are agreed upon in writing in advance and may differ from the standard conditions applicable to individual reservations. Early Departure
If you decide to check out earlier than originally reserved, no refund will be provided for unused nights unless otherwise agreed in writing.
